Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@earthleeenterprisesllc.com If your exchange is accepted, we’ll email you the return address and any additional instructions. Shipping costs of returns are at the expense of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
