At EarthLee, each item is made to order with care and intention. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns for items that are not defective.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.

We do offer exchanges or store credit in select cases. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for more details.
