1. How does checkout work? Why am I sometimes redirected to Amazon?

Journals & Planners:
All of our journals and planners can now be ordered directly through our store, where they are printed and fulfilled by our premium partner, Lulu Press, to ensure exceptional quality and a seamless experience. During the holiday season, to better serve last-minute shoppers, select items may be fulfilled through Amazon Prime for faster delivery. When this happens, you may be redirected to Amazon to complete your checkout securely and receive updates and tracking directly from Amazon.

Apparel:
Our apparel — including t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories — is available directly through our website. These items are fulfilled by our premium production partners, Printful, and Apliiq and shipped directly to your doorstep. You can purchase apparel without leaving our store, and you’ll receive email updates and tracking once your order is processed.

2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Journals & Planners:
All journal and planner orders are printed on demand through our premium partner, Lulu Press. Because these items are custom printed, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged. If you experience any of these issues, please notify Lulu within 30 days of shipment and provide photos of the problem so they can arrange a replacement. You’re also welcome to contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to help guide you through the process.

Apparel (Shopify Orders):
Since each apparel item is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or size exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will replace it at no additional cost.

3. How long does shipping take?

Journals & Planners:
Lulu typically ships journal and planner orders within 3–5 business days for quantities under 100 units. Larger orders may require an extra day for production. Please note that production times are estimates and can vary based on order volume, national holidays, or unforeseen delays. Shipping upgrades apply only to transit time once your order leaves the printer and do not affect the initial production time. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.

Apparel (Shopify Orders):
Our apparel is made to order and typically ships within 3–7 business days after your order is placed. Shipping time after fulfillment is usually 4–7 business days depending on your shipping destination. You’ll receive email notifications with your tracking information once your order is on its way.

4. Can I personalize a journal or place a custom order?

Journals & Planners:
At this time, we do not offer custom printing or personalization (such as adding names, chapters, or event details) on single journal purchases. However, if you’re interested in bulk custom orders for events, gifts, or organizations, we’d be happy to discuss your needs. Please contact us to start the conversation!

Apparel:
We do not offer customizations or personalized apparel orders at this time. Every piece is created based on our original designs to maintain quality and brand consistency.

5. Are your materials eco-friendly?

Journals & Planners:
Yes! Our journals are printed using environmentally conscious methods including responsibly sourced paper and eco-friendly ink practices where available. Sustainability is important to us, and we are continually evaluating new ways to make our products even greener.

Apparel:
Our apparel is printed and shipped by two trusted vendors, companies committed to sustainable practices. Both use eco-friendly inks, reduce waste by producing items on demand (no excess inventory), and partners with ethical suppliers whenever possible.

6. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Journals & Planners:
Interested in ordering 100 or more journals or planners for your team, event, or organization? We offer special pricing and personalized service for large orders. Contact us directly through our [contact page/email] to get a custom quote and assistance with your bulk purchase.

Apparel:
At this time, we do not offer bulk discounts for apparel purchases, but we are happy to work with organizations for larger orders or special projects. Please reach out to discuss potential options.
